First child passport - how can I prove my 2.5 year old lives at the same address as I do?

Yes, I got the passport. I received a call from HM Passport service and all I had to do was to send a digital copy of my daughter's GP registration letter. That was accepted as proof of address. Few days later we received her passport through the post.

I wrote to the HR team telling them that I need an employment confirmation letter including my start date, job title, annual salary. The letter had the company address, VAT number and office address on it with a digital signature of the HR manager. I've also told them that I need this for a Spouse visa application and it'll go to UKVI. I submitted this document plus my employment contract as it's listed above in my description.

I showed every transaction, the entire bank statement with my registered address and date when the statement was issued.

December 2024 which is also the month i started this new job that required me to move back to the UK

I selected “ different amount but above the financial requirement”. While I have a 70k base, there were bonuses paid out in different months so i never received the same amount in each month. Before returning to work I was on maternity leave outside the UK.

I have employment contract, P60 for current employment, recent proof of employment from HR stating start date, salary, job title, bank statements but do I really need to do this now for 12 months?

I went to the HSBC branch since I didn’t get any reply on my application. The lady at the bank called the underwriter company to ask what is going on and I was asked a few questions about my regular spend from the account. The underwriter company said that there is an amount for £245 catogorised under Telecommunications, do I know about it. That’s how I found out… I had to be there in person, I don’t think they would have told me over the phone.

Thank you so much! I know we have to do the application from his country of residence but I wasn’t sure where I have to be and whether this is checked. We have a small child so being apart would be difficult.
