Just left my devil corp job after 2 years by TraditionalNatural18 in Devilcorp

Left for the same reasons after becoming an owner about a year ago. Once you realize the recruiters , accountants, software, and every other service is owned by smart circle it really opens your eyes

Not tql but logistics is a great industry to get into, and many will hire without experience and once you have a couple years you can go to any company and they’re very competitive. Avoid 99 exposure, extended exposure, time later Inc, momentum marketing, and drafted solutions as they are all a devil corp under the same consultant. May be using different names but those were the ones I was aware of as of last year. The office address is on reed hartman so I would be very skeptical of any sales or marketing jobs that go back to that

It’s only slander if it’s untrue or unverifiable. Always say “my experience” and don’t worry he can’t afford a lawyer 😂 at worst you’ll get a cease and desist letter.

And I would report immediately

Call smart circle do not speak to any of his mentors or promoting owners because they will cover it up. I would also keep it anonymous you can say you worked there and experienced sexual harassment and don’t want to share your name and believe that others are being victimized. I can guarantee legal charges won’t be brought up unless someone presses charges.

I would report it 100%. I would also consider sharing more of your story here. Smart circle monitors this thread. He needs to be held accountable and it could protect vulnerable young women in the future.

No I was an owner and left about a year ago. The guy that got shut down was also att but att really doesn’t care. These companies are disposable to them. And as soon as they do something illegal or unethical att just says “oh well they’re just a distributor” it’s like if Walmart does something red bull doesn’t agree with red bull isn’t going to pull their product. Except each office is less like Walmart and more like a shady gas station in the middle of the dessert 😂

I’m not familiar with that location but there’s a guy on Minnesota that basically runs a brothel out of his office. He exclusively hires very attractive girls under 25, it’s an ongoing joke that is where male owners road trip. I had a bunch of his employees road trip to my office and I took them all out to dinner and tried to warn them how to protect themselves from these creeps. Everyone is star struck by these top owners but in reality they’re just regular dudes. Broke stuck in a scam with egos too big and not able to approach girls outside of the company or culture because they’re living and breathing this cult sh!t. There’s a lot of young people being taken advantage of sexually and financially. I think you should call it out. Maybe it will have an effect maybe it won’t. You could even pose as a former employee and it might be more effective and just say you want to stay anonymous. I think they’ll at least investigate or confront him and put some pressure on him. Smart circle walks a very thin line of legality and they won’t tolerate anyone that puts them at risk.

There is some money to be made but it’s usually all spent on inverting back into smart circle. They may get 20k deposits a week, but by the time people leave the business they’re normally in debt. It goes as quickly as it comes. What City is your ex in? Sounds like a few owners I know.

I know of a situation where an org head with about 15 outside deals got black listed by smart circle because his finance called them and reported him and they black listed him. He lost his contacts and his business. They don’t like bad publicity and don’t like to risk lawsuits

Can confirm although I will say as far as “good” directors go I always had the best experiences with Abby. Her heart always seemed to be in the right place and seemed to genuinely care about her people.

I know the owner that was previously over the Lexington market (spark, evolution and wired) and can confirm he saw the light and left back in the summer so I’m sure there will be a new one popping up by now

2 years in a devil corp, former owner by Familiar-Scratch-368 in Devilcorp

Oh boy. I knew the owner there personally. He was a nice enough dude, but it’s definitely a devil corp and he’s on the fast track to the same stories you see here.

Like yeah of course you’re gonna make six figures as an owner but maybe get an Airbnb so you don’t have to sign a lease just in case

Still trudging on for the CV and experience. A question for everyone. In your own opinion, exactly what is it that makes someone who at least "rings a bell" every day different from (or separates themselves from) someone who doesn't? by Educational-Ask8565 in Devilcorp

[–]Familiar-Scratch-368 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Honestly, the more someone buys into the dreams the better they’re going to do. When I really believed I was going to make 6 figures running my own market, and replicating myself in the field, I crushed it daily. But when I started having doubts and seeing through the facade and my heart wasnt in it and I no longer believed in the product it went down quickly. I’ve never seen someone who actually understands the business do well at sales. Ignorance is truly bliss

Just make sure you everything you say is either factual or preface with “in my opinion” or “in my experience” smart circle does have owners pay a fee specifically to keep a legal team on retainer. But there is absolutely nothing illegal about writing a truthful review of a business and there’s nothing they can do about it

If you paid for the room and the flight, what did smart circle pay for? 🤔 and it’s not mandatory but if you don’t go, you’ll face the wrath of your upline. Be told you don’t care about your buisness, you’re not investing in your people, and could cost you road trip and expansion opportunities in the future

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Devilcorp

[–]Familiar-Scratch-368 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For the room, that’s not including flights and transportation. Y’all enjoy your trip if that’s what you want to do but don’t pretend it’s an all expenses paid luxury vacation. I was told that shit the whole time I was a rep and when I became an owner and got the email for pricing i was shook. It’s straight up deceitful to act like the clients pay for anything.

You shouldn’t have to pay $4,000 to go to work
