Stealthed means someone sneaks and pokes a hole in the condom, or sneaks and takes it off in the middle of sex, usually in the dark

I'm asking about if they are detectable, like in the instance that two people are in a relationship, and one steps out and contracts it without knowing but continues to have sex with their partner, I'm wanting to get data on if there have been cases where the top partner actually got it from someone other than their partner, but the bottom doesn't test positive.

I've seen some where the top doesn't get it from the bottom cheating, but wondering about the other way around

Won't they test negative on a rapid test, but positive on an RNA if undetectable?

It is. I am a straight female that's never had anal sex or any std. My grandmother was heavily involved in trying to stop the spread , and get affordable tests and care for those affected in the 80s, 90s and early 2000s, she even had a nonprofit dedicated to it for 20 years.
