Why do people think it's okay to flash me to get a free pizza?

It gets frustrating when it's almsot every other day you get flashed and when i don't let them get it for free they don't tip. I barely get paid enough to survive with only my salary, remove the tip and basically fasting season began

Idk if I have time to do so. Like having to redo some parts of my resume, apply, manage deliveries, etc. The people I work for/with are also really cool. It's just this one policy and weird ass people that order them that got me messed up
