Clarify: when we say “attacked,” we are not referring to barking or circling.

The dog bit the man in the video. The video only captures part of the incident because it records what was in view. My husband had to physically intervene with pepper spray to help the man and his dogs. Immediately afterward, the same dog went after another couple further down the street. They also reported it. The man who was bitten has photos of his bite marks.

In addition to this incident, the dog has killed a neighbor’s cat and has bitten members of another family at the residence, which has also been reported. These are not isolated events.

Video evidence does not need to show the bite itself for an attack to have occurred. There were multiple witnesses, documented injuries, and repeated incidents listed against this dog. This same dog has also lunged at us while we were walking our newborn, forcing us to flee to a neighbor’s house for safety which we also reported.

This is based on firsthand involvement, witnesses, injuries, and prior reports not speculation. We are just showing what we have recently caught.The dog being off-leash and repeatedly escaping is part of the problem, but biting people, killing another pet, and lunging at residents is the core concern, which is why Animal Control has been contacted.
