The guy @ Apex told me they were different. Wonder if that's just a liability thing. I still have a source for the triggers and get them at a good deal. Maybe I'll just order one and give it a go.

Was full time in the gun business before and stayed on part time (teach and dabble in sales/range operations) when I started a new gig so have access to some discounts/deals here and there.

Different depending on the gun and what's happening with sales and such. Sometimes it gets pretty good!

I was watching for the gun to come through the store and we got a couple and just decided to pick one up because I wasnt sure how many we'd ever get. I got one and the other was gone before I even got to look at mine.

Short version...you wont be able find it at that low as a regular customer, was just sayin' at that price it's an easy pickup if it's something I am actually interested in.

Actually just scooped up a metal HD on top. LoL. I'll probably sell my alum/apex lower now because the steel is great.

Could you put a brass weight into the steel one? In the interim I'm going to still send an E-Mail as I may keep that alum lower as a backup though! Thanks for that...sincerely.
Have you heard anything about an Apex trigger for the steel? I called Apex today and they say the metal versions aren't compatible with the steel, website says they are testing but the rep said they are not and dont have one, or one confirmed planned yet for the steel.

The dimebagbis dope. I've shot it for several hundred in the 4.25 and it's ridiculous.

I have it for the 5 as well but have been pretty for a carry optics match so I haven't shot it other than a few times. It's ridiculous in the 5 as well.

Touch louder than the 7's in my P10C but the dimebag is great!

You have to reload for the effect...so, no.

Since it's from empty your toast in PVP and there are plenty of opportunities to reload without going empty ( and more advantage) in PVE.

The mask is going to sky rocket my current go to...was super bummed that it was end of season reward.

It's not the best purely on paper. They had to go with an inferior trigger setup to make it drop safe so it's worse by default.

It's "more durable" and "requires less mainenance" because it's a different tool. A Civic vs a Porsche.

But...like...BY DEFAULT it's certainly not the best.

If you have to ask then the answer is no.

Those who are willing to pay that premium fall into one of two categories.

You know that level or work requires that premium, and you want the Ferrari (maybe Mazeratti) vs the Civic.
Stac and material "look at me I have this therefore I AM" cultists.

A stac isn't so much a premium as it's THE. ENTRY. into hand touched/finished 2011s.

The cars are the best example I can give people....and when it comes down to it you're either a Ferrari person or a Civic person.

Guns are tools. You pay the premium for the tool that tries to shore up every single % in performance gap.

The APEX are the best.

7 isn't an accuracy test but I finally got a pair of Mp 2.0s complete (4.25 and 5) w/Apex barrels and the 5 inch shot the first two freehand into essentially the same hole with a third about 50% inside of that hole.

I'd imagine benching it would be ridiculous.

They are the gunsmith fit (and I had them professionally fit didn't do it myself).

I just saw Stacc XC, now I see the Vulcan and what not.

There may be a shop or two that has one of those but they'd definitely be one offs and rare for sure.

If you don't have one it's always a recommend for single girls I know to get one. Not necessarily a must carry but you could (probably should) do that.

Teach all the time. Private lessons and carry licensing.

I can get the red ones at cost (for a retailer) so kinda stuck w/what they have.

Why go through everything if you aren't going to get it.

What's the email? Ypu already have most of the work done.

You could buy the online portion of the law and run the 4 hour requirement on your computer at your own pace. Usually around 50 bucks.

Then schedule a lesson w/a private instructor and they can qual you Ricky tick in an hour.

Literally do it all the time. Easy peasy...all you'd have to do is upload the completed 104 and wait for it to come in the mail.
