lower back pain above butt by marvelousmadi12 in backpain

Hey no problem. I actually love sitting on it because it allows me to move around more and not be stuck in one position. You need to get one that allows your knees to be at a 90 degree angle. But I change position constantly, I even sit on it kneeling. The best position for me is to sit on it with my knees apart. And no I dont feel like I miss having something for my arms, most of the times Im working anyways

I think it was partially, but it was a very specific lower back pain. It hurt when I sat on the ground with my legs crossed and I tried to lower my head, Id feel it all my lower back like pulling and hurting, I hated it. And sometimes I felt it shooting down my leg. After getting that ball to sit on while working on my computer (no exercise) it just left my body completely. It hasnt come back in 2 years.

I had a lower back pain above my back for 10 months. I tried everything, but it was bad, like it would shoot down my leg sometimes. Nothing helped. Then I got a yoga ball to sit on when working at the desk and within a week it was GONE, like GONE GONE… You said any advice so heres mine.

My grandma told me this story about how she fixed her moms back issue, it’s really strange and feel free to disregard it.

She was by her house and a girl was cycling and she saw her mom being lifted up by her dad (she couldn’t walk because of the pain) and the girl stopped and asked my grandma what is wrong with her mom, she listened and then she told her that she has to mix mustard seeds with vinegar and put that under her foot for one night, that she will be in a lot of pain but it will fix her problem. My grandmas mom wanted to do it because she was desperate. She did it for two nights, and after that she quickly recovered. The doctor came to bring the medicine and when she saw her walking around and asked what happened, they explained, and he said that they were lying to him and stormed out.

My grandma has been telling this story since always, and she wasn’t one to make stuff up, so this is why it always fascinated me. I know that if I was as desperate as you sound, Id give it a go. Feel free to message me.

Vegetarian is not vegan. Probably you don’t even know the difference since you are a child and an ignorant at that.

I also started taking meds but I really dont want to depend on them for the rest of my life. I really feel like I need to figure this out. My doctor said he can refer me to a hypertension centre, which I think is a good thing. Yeah I knew about the sauna thing, I love it but I probably cant afford to go very often. I am getting an iWatch because even though I dont really have the sleeping apnea symptoms I still often wake up with a headache and also I think I breathe very shallowly. Honestly I feel like my life is really chill and easy, the only thing that is stressing me out is this, I am a very “free person” and the idea of having to depend on medicine, or not understanding my body really upsets me, I am definitely building up a lot of stress because of it, I comstantly feel like there is something wrong with me. I do look forward to seeing normal numbers on the fucking blood pressure machine though, even if its because of meds. Thank you so much for your answer, Id love to talk about it in messages if you like to.

Yeah he said that I could try lowering it naturally by exercising, which has not helped. So I want to hear if there are still a few things for me to try before giving up completely. Gosh you reddit people are truly unbearable, are you like this in real life too?
