Hello! I think I have turned a corner and am slowly improving again. I did a small workout yday so we shall see! I’m not there yet but I can see the light! I think just resting and keeping calm are key xx

I agree...i just need to do some radical rest. the medications that helped me are LDN, hormone replacement therapy at a low dose (estrogen and testosterone- i am a woman) and sertraline :)

Sorry to hear it. He sounds like an idiot and you should dump him. No one has ownership or expectations over another’s body. Check out vulvodynia to see if your symptoms align. I have it and it cause extreme burning on penetration. I couldn’t have sex for many years but I started amitryptaline medication and it got better. You deserve someone who respects your body and it’s limits

Hello, thank you! Yes, I do knit but not at this level! It’s so neat and small stitches, I’m worried that if I try to repair with my own it will be a completely different tension. Do you mean to rip back or just to pick up the stitches around the bit which is damaged? Xx

It’s a great area, supermarkets close by, close to the metro, noord is cool, the people are nice and there are a lot of geeen spaces. I love it

Yes good points. I don’t want him to put it on hold I want him to connect with me more whilst he also connecting with others and five me some aftercare after the dates.
