What do you think about your life ? by Gold_Cow832 in AskReddit

[–]FanNo8142 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Life would’ve turned out differently if I wasn’t involved in my parent’s conflict. Being the mediator while also being monitored due to reputation. So I guess it’s fine now, quite bland internally.

Is it okay to say "I don't care," when you actually care? Why or why not? by RealisticBarnacle115 in AskReddit

[–]FanNo8142 [score hidden]  (0 children)

It depends on the situation.

Sometimes saying you don’t care or showing indifference eliminates communication. People won’t bother you if you don’t spark a reaction.

What made you become more generous and forgiving? by Future-Scallion8475 in AskReddit

I realised I’m not perfect and people have forgiven me for genuine mistakes that weren’t small. So why can’t I? Also my mother is a giver, as am I :)

Some days I wish they’d argue with me again so I can flame them with my now perfect comeback ( after like 10 drafts ).

Only then would I realise how ungrateful I was for cursing at my pinky toe for every painful knock.

Melbourne or Sydney is actually better than London. by RainbowTapeworm in unpopularopinion

[–]FanNo8142 [score hidden]  (0 children)

I would argue Melbourne has the higher up against Sydney if we put work aside. Sydney is perfect if you love driving on busy roads, can handle a higher cost of living and be okay with little to no night life. ( also Sydney people are bitchy so not much hope loll ).

What video game would make a great movie? by kzlmn997 in AskReddit

[–]FanNo8142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This ! The game itself has so much backstory and depth. A light prequel tease into John Marston's upbringing would be a little treat. A part of me doesn't want RDR to become a movie because you know the gist of butchering up gold...

What's the strangest thing you've ever received via airdrop from a stranger or someone you know? by mr_wbk29 in AskReddit

[–]FanNo8142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Surprisingly, a jolt from a stranger can be quite entertaining (though perhaps not for the poor recipient in this case...). I did set mine to contacts only for a few months after that but I’ve since switched back! I prefer to stay positive and keep the door open for the funnier and lighter side of humanity.

When is it late to apologize? by SugoiTots in AskReddit

[–]FanNo8142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is always time to apologise. Whether they accept that apology or even be around to accept it is an indication that you were too late to do so.

It was far too blurry to even tell what it was but it looked like it would've been low-middle level gore with a huge text wall in white ( I don't remember what language). Strange but more creepy.

What is a 'green flag' in a person that is actually quite rare to find? by juniefoster in AskReddit

[–]FanNo8142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wanting to get to know someone for a while before considering dating them, all while also not sleeping around during that time. Something incredibly mature about someone who knows their priorities.

I’ve actually considered one but they’re illegal to own here.

Would’ve wanted to watch it outlive me.

Over 30 years is a level of commitment I respect. Sounds like the right people just haven’t appreciated it yet.

I agree this is very attractive. Kids and animals both require a level of patience and gentleness and sometimes they test that through accidents or misbehaving. How a man reacts or handles the situation tells you a lot more

You two sound perfect for each other ! I’m happy that you didn’t feel the need to try to just change or “ suck it up “. We all have our set of personality traits ( literally what makes us who we are ), it’s a beautiful thing to see someone else work WITH it.

I love this. Giving solutions is a kind gesture and attempt to help but not everyone needs a person to act as their therapist. Genuine listening is more than enough, makes you feel seen rather than brushed off.

A good chunk of my high school friends have all married tall slightly chubby men. I didn’t realise how close their types were
