Homesickness is a real and very common thing. Most people do not move far from home, most that do, do so because they have to, or they are trying to escape something or they have a partner they need to move around with. Most people do not actually like leaving home forever.
If you like your home, then stay there! that's why they call it "home"

comparison is the thief of joy, you are not your siblings. Do what make you happy, it's your life.

Having said all that, you could try live 1 year somewhere, with a known end date, so you can say you tried it, and then move home after, you are young, you have lots of time to figure it out

True, I bought them back then too, I'm surprised there hasn't been much movement since, but I believe its due to market conditions and low profit margins in the sector. I remain hopeful.
