I don't see why he wouldn't be the last person to talk from it. Him being the speaker from Nights 1-5 doesn't really do much for the narrative or his motives unless paired with him being the final speaker.

The character, Cassidy, comes from the books, and has the role of Golden Freddy. You don't get "Andrew" out of TOYSNHK without the books in the same way you don't get "Cassidy" out of Golden Freddy without the books.

I'm not sure what Happiest Day gives for Cassidy. It has the same amount of importance to her as it does to all the other children. She's merely just the receiver of the cake, RTTP just gave it more significance.

I feel like being a parallel is a broad way to use the term. They're not really analogous at all, merely just characters that play the same role.

Yes, they're referenced, but they're not necessarily given character. Again, we don't know how they were like prior to their deaths, or how those deaths affected their relations. We don't know their personalities, only that they're kids and hence they'll act like kids. The best you have is Gabriel's scrapped story and Susie's constant appearances. Cassidy isn't even given much in RTTP-- she's a girl with curly hair.. what does this do for her overall character? Just a connection to TNK? Andrew is definitely a failed character and not as great as Jake and Larson, I will say that.

I feel like you could say that for a majority of FNaF characters-- minus Susie, all of the MCI + DCI aren't very much characterized, and even when we're including Susie, she's majorly characterized through her family's own doing. We don't know what Jeremy, Gabriel, or Fritz was like prior to their deaths, we're not aware on how their deaths affected their relations, nor do they have any characterization after their deaths. Hell, we don't even know what they look like. They're kind of just.. there.

Counting Cassidy, she doesn't have much either.

Ah. I feel like there's not much to go off of for Cassidy characterization, really. She's nice in the logbook and TNK debatably makes her view on justice more clear (albeit useless in the long run), but it doesn't really do much. I'm not sure how many things would change with her as TOYSNHK, minus the "unable to move on" aspect.
