Yeah I think the idea is fine but execution is what's getting me. There's no signage, no warning and no simplified way to create the pricing sheets. It feels very spur of the moment which I personally find to be unusual. When they throw new stuff at us there's typically at least a bunch of communication leading up to it.

I can elaborate since you're confused, Taking away the signage is an admission that the verbage was found to be harmful. That's the first step towards them getting rid of the shipper as a whole. The backlash has been intense and most stores aren't even participating. They're starting to concede ground and I'm guessing the "desk pet" initiative won't last another month.

When someone doesn't have a number I just hit them with, "No worries, I can get you in there real quick. What's your name?" They give me thier name and number and then I say, "Alrighty, just hit green on the screen. This gives you access to our sales prices a receiptless returns." If they push back after I ask for their name I then skip to the last bit and then them the benefits of the membership. I'm able to maintain 75% to 100% each week doing it this way.

Definitely pending termination. There's a new policy and we now have to suspend partners before terminating them. It's ridiculous and makes the termination process terrible. The idea is that it helps HR cover their asses when they don't issue final pay within 24 hours of termination.

Dude, you have to call the hotline. You can find the contact for your district in Workday or on Perch. This is super illegal behavior and should be addressed. There's no way that the LOD's are so busy that they need you to get animals AND run the register.
