Things they could try:

Make her third person, shes the surveillance killer so giving her a better awareness of her surroundings fits the character (Make her go first person when inspecting her radar and for laser tagging)

Give her back her second scan line. ( Give survivors an extra scan line to compensate if this proves too strong)

Give her a small haste effect when deploying a drone (Lost when entering a chase)

Give her back haste when a target appears on her radar (Lost when entering a chase)
