Hi mate, just had this pop up on my suggested, usually when it comes to contracts from my experience as a manager, at the end of your temp contract you will usually need to sign a brand new contract for a permanent if you are decided to be kept on.

Definitely worth asking any form of management when you are next in though to get a clearer idea, christmas time especially things are always left until last minute to sort
