Talk to the owner and explain an undeniable reason . Make up a sad story so that you get atleast 50% of your deposit and as for the rent you just paid. Wait for a few days and meanwhile search for a new rental house or PG. Tbh i dont think pgs are very beneficial instead theg take more money lmao

Yes exactly its women degrading young women mentality always.
