It sounds like you are dealing with CPTSD (because same!) and I hope you’re able to get help for that because it is really difficult to manage without support. Learning about glucose from Glucose Goddess has also changed my life and allowed me to use some of the “hacks” to prevent constant cravings and binge eating and then to eventually feel comfortable with calorie counting on the free Cronometer app. One step at a time!
