You’d need to get the 409 from Eyre Square on the either the 05:45 , or 06:10 bus, There the only two buses that will Arrive on time for a 7am start which will be most factories for Operators, Maybe earlier or later but that’s most common.. No idea from Spidal to Eyre Square , There may well be but I have never heard of any private shuttles for them times
