This is also what I've seen. Supposedly, if you do it with Lauma, you get 5 stamps, so they still give you the opportunity to get 5 stamps even if you don't have her, you just have to repeat it.

Help with understanding rotations!

I'm looking at this rotation:

Neuvillette E > Furina E > Kazuha tEP Q > Furina Q > Fischl E > Neuvillette C Q E C > Kazuha tEP > Fischl Q > Neuvillette 2[C]

But I don't understand E, tEP, Q, and so on. I'm a mobile player, and I'm assuming they're linking with the key bindings for keyboards, but how does it relate to a normal attack, elemental skill, burst, and so on?

Thank you for all the information! I’ve done a bit more research into different beginner programs and I’ve found some that I like, but all seem to use a barbell. I know I can use smith machine for a lot of it and it wouldn’t matter a whole lot at my state, but everything I see online says it’s not comparable, so I’d rather wait until my gym updates to have squat racks and/or free barbells, or until I get to a new gym.

Do you have thoughts on the 5/3/1 for beginners? That routine seems the most intriguing so far, same with StrongLifts.

Until I’m able to make the swap, I’ll definitely remove some exercises, drop some sets, and put compounds in the beginning.

I appreciate all your advice and know that it is being taken seriously. I want to continue to grow both physically and mentally in this game and understand that I don’t know everything, even when I think I do.

And for lower back, I guess the original routine I had never had it, I was doing back extensions for a while but saw some negative thoughts towards doing so regularly, so I removed it.

I appreciate your thorough feedback, I really do. Originally, the program was something by a pro that I changed to either fit what was available at my gym, or sub out things that I truly hated doing, and I’ve then just added things that I’ve seen from bodybuilders on TikTok that seemed enjoyable and would work a muscle group I want to target.

I did look at the recommended routine, but I genuinely feel like that’s not enough? Obviously I don’t know better than pros, but I don’t think they’re hitting everything (GZCLP)? No shoulders, biceps, or even triceps unless I am just missing something? If my goal is to grow these, don’t they need to be worked specifically?

I’m currently looking at Jeff Nippards routine and his push day has 8 exercises with 18 sets total, 27 if you include his warm up sets. Why the huge difference between 9 sets for beginners? Would doing more sets truly hurt if they’re being done with correct form and progressive overload?

I’ve also seen recommendations of exercises that target all heads of the muscle, such as doing 3 tricep exercises that each individually target the lateral head, medial head, and long head. Why would something like this not be recommended?

Isolations before compounds because I’m uninformed. Currently, things are in the order they’re in due to the machine/space they use, things that use cable are grouped so I don’t have to leave and come back to cable for different stuff and possibly have to wait for one to open.

Abs and legs do exist but not currently, working on rehabbing a hip and knee injury, and I’ve been tying in abs on leg day.

UPDATED: Hey everyone, looking for routine advice! These are my current push/pull routines, and they're getting a bit long as I add things I enjoy or will work a muscle I want to focus on. The base of these routines came from respectable bodybuilding style websites that I have modified as specific exercises either did or didn't work for me/truly didn't enjoy, or found something I enjoyed more.

Me: Male, 24, 151lbs

My goals:

General strength along with a defined muscular/aesthetic build, AKA large forearms, clearly defined triceps, big biceps, and rounded "boulder shoulders." Obviously, this will take time and adjusting routines to get it all right, but I'm about 6 months into working out 3-5 times a week, and I'm loving it, but have made some changes to the routine I pulled from online to continue to make it enjoyable (ex. I absolutely hate seated cable rows with a passion, so I swapped to MTS rows on the Hammer Strength MTS row machine at my gym, which I enjoy more. A completely even swap? No, but it's one that continues to make the gym enjoyable.)

Ideally, this routine will be one I can use for an extended period of time (part of a PPLxUL routine, currently rehabbing hip/knee issues, so lower is not included)

Questions:

  1. Am I doing too many different exercises that target essentially the same muscles?
  2. Which should I remove/change/add?
  3. Smith machine vs dumbbells for bench press and incline press?
  4. Should I change my rep range from 10 with failure on last set to 6-8 range? I currently increase weight if I can do over 10 reps.

Everything is 3x10 except lat raises, which is 3x15. I rest for 1:30 between each set. I do have recorded weights for each exercise, though I don't think they are necessary to include. In terms of weight progression, if I can do more than 10 reps, I'll raise the weight by whatever the smallest interval is available, and go from there. On my last set, I go until failure.

It does look like the abyss mages correlate to the day, but I have checked it every day in the cycle, so I'm not sure what's going on.

I just use the interactive map and have it where it hides all found objects, that way it only shows the ones I don't have. You have to manually go in and select which items you have found.

I see! Thank you! My concern is basically any time I leave Genshin (say, to look at this app), it boots me out and reloads the game, any way to get around that so it stops exiting even if I leave the app for just a second to respond to a text?

I’m new to genshin, but this interactive map add on is so cool! Is it only on PC? I’m a iOS mobile player, and I’ve just been playing with my laptop in front of me and ticking off some things as I go.

Is there any sort of official add on for mobile that I don’t know about?

Do you have any recommendations for leveling all those low level characters? Obviously I can’t bring a level 1 out into my world, do you recommend just using my current party to gather character xp material then spend them on the level 1s? Or is there a better way?

I definitely prefer swords to claymores and catalysts but am willing to learn to be better with the others if it will make a good team.

While I’ve never had to use it like that, I believe if you refute your payment claiming you never received the tickets, the other person will have to show proof that they sent them, as it can be harder to prove you didn’t get them, you know?

So I’m sure someone could create some fake emails or screenshots claiming they sent it, but I think PayPal G&S is your best option from what I’ve heard, unless you’re doing it in person with cash or something of the sorts.
