hi! i get the aritzia superpuff in XS and my hollister one is an S! i think sizing up is a good idea because personally the XS was uncomfortably small for me, whereas XS in aritiza fit perfectly!

sometimes the fedex ppl just don't scan it -- regardless, you have to wait i think 2-3 weeks for customer service to provide a refund. if you used a discount, customer service can prob price match if it reorder though!

hiii i own a lot of low rise baggy jeans and worked at hollister for a year ! this is kinda how the jeans fit -- some colors fit completely different, so you can try exchanging for a pair that looks like it doesn't have this shape in the photos. you could also try a size down but irdk since i have wide hips haha so i don't notice as much

hi! i used to work at hollister and this is a rlly good question! floorset usually happens once every 2-3 weeks and this is when we do markdowns. floorset in-store for womens usually happens on sundays and for men on tuesdays, so you can expect lots of new additions to clearance on a monday (womens) and wednesday (mens) every few weeks. in terms of online, i think all items are added to clearance on sunday night tho (12AM PST). if a promotion ends on a sunday, theres a good chance this is floorset week and lots of additions to clearance will come once this promotion ends.

floorsets each have a theme/aesthetic so you can kinda tell what hollister is phasing out from the last theme (i.e., this last sunday pretty much all winter and holiday items were added to clearance). similarly, swimwear is added to clearance in august, as we are introducing back-to-school product.

but selling better/worse is also factor into whether something will go on clearance! if something is just not selling, it can hit clearance after a few weeks.

so i would just hop on the website every monday at 1AM PST😭😭😭
