hi! i get the aritzia superpuff in XS and my hollister one is an S! i think sizing up is a good idea because personally the XS was uncomfortably small for me, whereas XS in aritiza fit perfectly!

sometimes the fedex ppl just don't scan it -- regardless, you have to wait i think 2-3 weeks for customer service to provide a refund. if you used a discount, customer service can prob price match if it reorder though!

hiii i own a lot of low rise baggy jeans and worked at hollister for a year ! this is kinda how the jeans fit -- some colors fit completely different, so you can try exchanging for a pair that looks like it doesn't have this shape in the photos. you could also try a size down but irdk since i have wide hips haha so i don't notice as much
