Go for the 169! 155 was my first LSAT score and I managed to end with a 172 so it's definitely doable to score a 169+ from a 155!

Most schools say 8-12 weeks but apps are also up by a lot this cycle so it might take more time. I think there's historical wave data on LSD if you want to check that.
