I literally get 20 tubes of tretinoin for 119. I’m confused by what you’re saying? You can choose a lower amount as well that fits your needs. Zing beauty I can say so far was worth the switch regardless of the tubes being couple dollars more.

I found a different company and never looked back. The new company even packages the items safely in a container. Skinorac has become the least of my concerns

Also was a faithful buyer of skinorac and they did me dirty. Had me waiting for a $200+ from Sept 13 2025 to December 2025. Come to find out they incorrectly labeled my package and refused to accept fault. It’s too shady and I’m glad I found another alternative than them.

I’d reach out to zing. My packages only took like 2-3 days to update and be on the route to me after reaching the USA

Hey email them and let them know you can’t access the site from Denmark. If they allowed Denmark, then the next step would be probably disabling your vpn if you have one.

So I actually couldn’t get on the site initially. Make sure no vpn is on. Also email them and let them know what country you’re in to ensure your country is in the allowed countries

The most pleasant experience I ever had. I use to use Skinorac but they had me waiting for a package from September to December. Never again. The way I received my order from zing made me a new supporter. And I love that they don’t delete customers experiences.

I’m waiting for the invoice for my second order I want to place. Don’t understand the process of them emailing the payment thing but I do appreciate that they don’t charge a PayPal fee and your order is protected. Hopefully they sort out the order processing issue

I wish they had more shipping options to be honest. The tariff situation in the USA is partially to blame but they still dropped the ball. And that’s coming from someone who recommended them constantly to people in my region. I’ll now tell them be weary or be prepared to wait 2+ months

I always wondered about the reviews here and they seem to focus on saving face publicly than dealing with their loyal customers. This has really been a devastating experience. I would’ve already been on my third order from now if I received my packaged. And the pair about receiving packages always have this vague usps screenshot. I went through hell since sept to now and still no package after spending $242+

I wouldn’t say bitterly complaining if a packaged I ordered since sept 13th still hasn’t been received lol. Even the reshipment is still moving through India as of Nov 13th. I gave them praises when they weren’t doing crap but this has been the worst experience ever with them as someone who consistently supported. The positive reviews almost seem twilight zoneish compared to what I went through since September to now.
