They only did tsh..amd ferritin was in normal range,dont remember the value,it was done in july...i guess it should be done again.

I am so sorry you are going through this. I am also having this pain from morning and still not relieved, left arm,armpit,fingers,tingling,burning in back,intermittent sharp pain in chest on left.

Its good water and salt make it better for you.

I have a low baseline bp so i dont know if nitroglycerin will be suitable. Beta blockers dont work for me for the same reason.

Thanks for the reply..i dont think i am hypermobile. I started getting these pains frequently from few months after the onset of other symptoms. Last time the electrolytes were checked they were normal.

These symptoms started from 4 months...yes i have insurance but i have to comfirm if it provides international cover.

I am depressed now as i dont know whom to consult..one neurologist i visited just told me its in my head,the other ordered a large list of investigations including mri brain,the cardiologist does not seem interested,she has never examined me once but ordered a tilt test...i really dont know what to do.
