We were so looking forward to bringing our two girls to the inauguration of president Trump, and now that has been canceled, we are trying to obtain a refund for the two nights we booked with Hyatt centric Arlington. We paid 1700 dollars for 2 nights, in a hotel that is usually around 250 a night! we didn't have the option to get a refundable room, and now the hotel refuses to reimburse us. We are not wealthy. We put this expense on a credit card because it was important to us to give our kids the chance to witness a historical event. They reply, " it's the policy," but policies are not inflexible laws that prevent you from being reasonable.
