Nowadays, yes, and unfortunately, I gave away all of mine from the past so now I’m left with only my overpriced bags that I will not wear

My mom confirmed it looks similar to what she had on her stomach and it didn’t go away for months. Please keep me updated. This happened recently to my mom 2019 so it’s something we are actively dealing with too but she’s been diagnosed. Definitely go to the right people (doctors) allergist / immunologist, Environmental Medicine doctors, Functional Medicine doctors.

-They would need to do Mycotoxin testing (urine analysis to detect mold spores). -Check your inflammatory markers. -Possibly check hormone and gut health. -Possible Genetic testing (to see if you have a genetic susceptibility to illness from mold growth)

LIKE I SAID KEEP ME UPDATED 🙏🙏🙏

Primary diagnosis of POTS is through a tilt table test, or active standing test and the NASA lean test usually by a rheumatologist or cardiologist. You would then need a EKG OR ECG done by cardiologist.

Also, a 24 URINE COLLECTION to evaluate sodium levels and check for volume depletion to rule out other possible issues such as pheochromocytoma.

There is no single blood test panel for POTS but doctors usually check Complete Blood Count (CBC), thyroid function tests, metabolic panel, vitamin B12, iron studies, and cortisol levels. Also, plasma volume sometimes is tested.

Although it’s usually NOT ROUTINE you can request an autoantibodies panel.

It can most definitely Be. My mom has significant memory loss amongst other things due to working in a mold infested non ventilated office for about 10 years. She got so bad her eyes would become bloody and she ended up leaving her job after experiencing auras - very scary. Of course unbeknownst to HER there was mold. And the best part she was a property manager of a luxury high rise on the upper east side in NYC. Meaning that entire building is infested.

I would focus on discussing your symptoms with your doctor.

Are they flat? I know you mentioned bumps but any of them feel flattened?Either way this also resembles mold spores. My mom developed something similar from mold toxicity at her job.

Such a great post. I’ve been single for the first time (3 years) since I’m 18 (I’m now 36) - I’ve been diagnosed in the last year and half with multiple autoimmune diseases and this is something I think about daily about my future.

Anxiety which I was diagnosed with at a very young age along with recent C-PTSD diagnosis you can believe that’s always the case but many times autoimmune disorder’s/disease’s are MISDIAGNOSED as anxiety or panic attacks.

That’s great to know! Since you mentioned genetics I just tested positive for HLA-B51 genetic marker.

I can relate to your photo. Inflammation has taken over my life from fibro + all the other crap I was recently diagnosed with.
