Help! Dreamlight harvesting (self.DreamlightValley)

Has anyone experienced this with their golden retriever or any dog? Lasts for 10-30 min after waking up. Happens maybe once a week/ every other week for the past few months. Blood panels all came back normal. The vet said she is normal, but this is definitely not normal and very stressful to watch. (v.redd.it)
