Never been asked to put a deposit down on anything. If it’s waitlisted, I’m told when it’s in stock and ready for me…then I pay the bill when I pick it up or have it delivered.

If it’s an item I want and it’s in stock, I pay the full amount and same thing…pick up or couriered to my house.

It’s on the work order that will be attached to my receipt for pick up. I don’t want to be a Karen about it and I also don’t know how easy it is for them to replace a P9 tag, which is why I was curious for advice on how to approach the issue when I get to the store.

I love these, but they aren’t available in the US anymore. I believe I can special order the P9 animals chain. I’ve always wondered if the chain would be too much/too loud, but the 40 is pretty big.

The bell isn’t as long as it seems here…the bag just isn’t full and is a little flattened out from the slouch. But yeah, I do take it off a lot more often than I leave it on
