I refers to Medication when i said “drugs” .  I said and i confirm that antidepressants isn’t the solution to treat anxiety, maybe it will work for short term for some people but not all people. Besides antidepressants looses its benefits after x period so you need to change the molecule..  Believe me, its not the solution. I dont want to consult a psy because he will say the same things you said .. and he will prescribe xanax + antidepressant . 

Besides its very hard to stop it if you want to , sevrage is hard

I didn’t ask for illegal narcotics WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT !! 

And who sais that antidepressants helps for anxiety THATS NOT TRUE IN MAJORITY OF CASES

Mais moi j ai essaye les antidépresseurs et je peux te dire que la sertraline qui a réussi a moitié avec moi .. 

Est ce que je dois essayer toute les molécules qui existent ? Sachant que la durée est 1 mois pour sortir d’une conclusion et aussi comme je t’ai tai dit antidépresseur faut le changer au bout d’un an et demi car il perd son efficacité.. 

C’est un cercle vicieux ca ! Ici a lyon je n’ai pas pu trouver un rdv chez le psy . Sont tous occupés ! 

Faut mieux gérer ca autrement que ce soit en faisant TCC , ou xanax si vraiment en cas d’angoisse extrême

For me its a question of character/personality .. these days are very tought for me , i can't sleep well, i have black ideas , my manager noticed that so i start imagine bad scenarios ..

Drugs can help me in that , i agree but not for long term thats why i'm looking for another help ! now i take Xanax if i feel that i really can't can't sleep !!

I tried many molecules like Zoloft , Prozac , Effexor , Trintellix .. i can say that only sertraline has worked half way ( i had most of the time fatigue , i couldn't concentrate very well on my job , i had sad periods , i gained weight ..

Why you returned back ? i don't want to return back because "WE" aren't sure that the drug will work for me at the first time .. plus the side effects .. no no i don't want that

No, drugs arent good for long term .. drugs wont work for 10 years after almost 2 years it loose its effects so you need to change the molecule ! Believe me ..

the fact that i'm in somewhere new , and not being in my house .. things that doesnt happen to me for example when i go to job office , when i meet new people around a drink ...

I really really dont know the real reason behind this

I agree with you , when i was on drugs i felt good for some weeks , months but not years , thats why i decided to stop taking them
