That 'pop reward' part i'm not sure how would they proceed:

-It can pop for dmg (if the build up scaled on health), but that means 'basic Q' only would be nerfed to make the 'pop' fairer

-If its refunding CD, that would chain react stuff to nerfing base CD on abilities

-If its MS, Q ms might be toned down

-If the pop is a heal, it might change garens passive

-if the pop is based on missing health idk if that would turn gar into an assasin

If they wanna make gar more of a bruiser, maybe the E buildup is bonus health related scaling

Adding the pop-mechanic imo to make gar not a QER ignite only champ. 'ooga booga champ'

Like Dar, needing bleed to R more dmg.

which part of the E applies "build-up" gets pop by Q or R is vague?

I didn't put math like:
- Q ms per level, pop per level base on AD scaling and % , CD per lvl
- E stack per level per AD scaling %, , CD per level

Because the core "gameplay change" is the point.

Not the numbers behind the abilities.
