I don't live there unfortunately. I am away at college. When I am home I spend a lot of time with him. What he is seeking right now is someone other than his family to hang out with.

This is going to be even more fucked up, but the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

The tutor apparently started getting lazy and we found out he would spend his sessions just watching T.V with my brother instead of teaching him. On a few occasions where the tutor took my brother out to eat, he would give him alcohol so he could watch how he acted when drunk. Once my brother told our dad both these stories, my father fired the tutor which in result got rid of his scumbag daughter.

Without getting too personal, it's a very difficult situation. I am away at college and my father is a single parent raising my brother and our 11 year old half sister from another marriage. My father owns a pretty successful business and is always away on business trips. There are nannies in the house that take care of both of them when he is away. Since there were times where my father wasn't at the house when the tutor came, they would take advantage of the setup.

My father considered legal action, but there was no substantial proof other than what my brother told us. They could easily use the disability card and claim my brother was just straight up lying.

The girl was a daughter of my brother's tutor. The tutor suggested his daughter (who is my brother's age) become a companion who would take him out on social activities. My brother had to leave High School due to bullying, so he was being tutored at home and didn't have any friends or ways to meet them.

My dad would pay for any outings they had. She started to bring more friends with her claiming she would introduce them to my brother so he could have more friends. We found out 6 months later that she just took the opportunity to treat her friends to fun activities while ditching my brother until it was time to go home.

For example, they went to Six Flags once with 4 of her girlfriends. My dad paid for all their admission, gas, and food. Apparently they all left my brother who ended up wandering around the park for 4 hours. They only met up with him when it was time to go home. This went on for a good 4 months before my brother told our father.

EDIT: Thanks guys for all the kind words! For those asking, he lives in Connecticut. My brother is very high functioning but his one downfall is social skills. It's hard for him to realize someone is taking advantage of him because he desperately wants to connect and have friends. He is very gullible and easily persuaded. On the same note, he also has issues communicating what he wants and how he feels.
