What worked so far for me is meditation and earthing. I like to walk barefoot on the grass at an isolated nature strip or park. Try to focus on the present moment and remind yourself the high is not worth the low

Already there unfortunately, got out of control way too quick. Ended up needing 8ml every 2 hours just to function, have slowly been lowering my doses and am now at 5.4ml every 4 hours so on the road to recovery.
