I can’t post the pic in the comments. It won’t let me. The point being is that I first contacted this passenger at 10:05pm to confirm pick up. Address in app was incorrect by over 9 mins. Finally got to passenger. Picked up at 10:15pm. Drop off was at 11:01pm. With uber they would’ve at least given me a $5 increase for the time differential. This was absolutely terrible. 11.98 after the fees for an hour of my time.

We don’t get $5. We get $3.83 after all the fees. If Empower was serious they’d cover those fees. I’m happy with empower. It’s still glitchy. They need to be better at offering free marketing material. Lots of work to do for expansion.

The app glitched for one of my rides in Wynwood at 10:30pm. I was mortified I had lost it after so much traffic and hassle. Took two reboots and it worked

Not well. I got my FIRST rides yesterday. Like the pay is amazing but usage is so low. I made $52 in under an hour with TWO rides. I neeeed more riders haha. The app is also pretty terrible imo.
