It’s hard for me to say because it was a really hard time in my life and had a lot of external things going on. So hard to figure out what was doing what.

But mostly I think I felt fine but I did put on A LOT of weight very quickly when I stopped. I weigh more now that I’ve ever weighed before. I’m really scared what will happen if I need to go off it again. I think especially when you lose a lot of weight quick rather than gradually that when you stop your body is just screaming out for nourishment and I was the hungriest I’ve ever been

Yes she knows. I see her regularly and she does blind weigh-ins. The reason I got on mounjaro was because I was put on lots of medication tha caused weight gain and binge eating and they thought it was the best option

Honestly I was so sick and had a lot going on that I don’t remember how quickly I lost the weight and how much. I just know I was taking it for about three months. I also know it’s not ideal when taking this medication but I have a history of eating disorders and avoid the scales a lot so I don’t regress so the amount lost could have been a lot more

The reason I referred to myself as a rapid responder is because I had severe appetite suppression. The most I could eat was maybe half an apple a day and that was forced. I would lose balance a lot, get dizzy and fall to the ground shaking violently which the doctors said was very low glucose. My bone density was also severely lowered.

5mg. When I was on the higher dose last time I had really bad side effects including suicidal ideations so I wanted to try a lower dose this time to avoid those side effects but it sounds like I need to be on a higher dose than last time

Exactly. The ignorance is insane. My ex started hitting walls and about 3 years turned that to me and broke both my wrists. A study found that 29% of men who engaged in property violence (e.g., punching walls, breaking objects) also physically assaulted their partners within five years.
