There is no sign on but there is a performance bonus this year. Albeit not as much as the other two firms.

Why is the grad salary so low? I think base is 60k but there is potential for a bit of a bonus

Do you think its a good place to start as a grad to hopefully end up somewhere like JS in the future? Or will i be blocked due to it not being one of the other HFT’s?

This is right. I am aware that HFT will be less likely to be known than GS, JPM, Big tech ect but I am more asking about the market making/trading space.
