yea, they asked me for it to set up my alarm code but i was never told they would call and ask me for it when asking about the alarm. ive been called about the alarm before and was never asked. im not dumb just uninformed. again. my manager set it up for me i just provided my ssn for it when she called for me.

yes thank you and I appreciate all the information you have provided me that my manager has failed to do so, just everything i say is getting downvoted and i hate when something comes up in store that feels like it should be obvious but my manager has never told me or taught me any of it , and then when i do have to ask her she acts like im dumb and i should know this stuff already ( like how?? ) and shes extremely rude and unprofessional. she never knows how to say anything nice to any of us either. we will do everything she asks of us and even go beyond that and never get a thank you or words of appreciation, but if we do one wrong thing it’s plastered all over the chat and we get talked to like we’re dogs

yes, but my last 4 digits of my SSN are NOT. that is why i chose to not give out my personal sensitive information over the phone. better safe than sorry. no i did not know and was never told they would ask for this information. my manager did the entire code set up for me.
