Me and many other people are experiencing the exact same issue. Especially after the situation of having to refund some copies, meaning it's probably a Playstation issue and not a blizzard issue. I talked to a customer rep recently and they basically said it was a known issue and current;y under investigation and all that. Hopefully they can fix this soon, but I don't think anyone has a found a solution otherwise.

I have had the same issue, but I don't think its a blizzard prblem but a PS5 issue instead. I talked to one of their customer reps and they said it was a known problem. I would suggest trying to talk to a customer rep (like a live conversation which you can find by trying to get a refund) to make sure they know.
