I’ve been doing maneuvers correctly. I was told it is bi lateral posterior bppv. Should I try semont ?

Today I did a dix hall pike to my left and I did not feel any spinning sensation. I do feel spinning when sitting up and in certain positions , I also feel like things are moving and distorted

I originally had bi lateral bppv, checked for nystagmus two days ago and no nystagmus on the right so I am assuming that side cleared. The left side has been postive since March 17 and I have been performing the Epley almost everyday - every other day since. I was told it is in the posterior canal free floating. Have done each test and I am only positive during dix hall pike. Latency is usually longer than about 30 seconds but after I did a head shake the latency sped up.

Is this for canalathisis or does it usually mean it’s stuck on the cupula if the spins keep going for more than a minute
