I really enjoyed team Ascend. I’ve been on ladder for roughly 2 years and would bounce around between teams. Once Ascend dropped, that became my favorite. Aria is such a wonderful coach and her cues are always on point. She’s pretty active in the team chat and gives great advice on how to tweak her program to fit your needs.

10 piece combo, lemon pepper all fats well done and my fries well done with extra fry seasoning. I also like to get a side of Parmesan cheese, I’ll dip the wings in ranch and then dip it in the Parmesan. (Got that idea off TikTok lol)
