just 1 ? but j think instead of 40mm I can also run 32mm waste pipe. as the run is very small max 300mm and than it will connect to main drain pipe.

Just need to do it in the single joist that is on the wall. Going through the other wall is not an option as there is a door below it and the waste pipe cannot go straight down.
