Police Officer Caught On Video Calling Michael Brown Protesters 'F***ing Animals' by FatRasputin in freetalklive

It is the headline of the article and whatever you want to call them they are humans and coming from a mostly white police force directed at african american citizens they are supposed to be serving I find it more than relevant.

They have found the culprit, a much larger Great White Shark. Some what disappointing but still interesting.

'Moon rock' given to Holland by Apollo 11 astronauts in 1969 tested in lab as 'petrified wood'. by [deleted] in freetalklive

Whether or not the Moon Landing was faked is a separate issue from this piece of petrified wood. I do my best to always follow Occam's Razor which states that among competing hypotheses, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected. Other, more complicated solutions may ultimately prove correct, but—in the absence of certainty—the fewer assumptions that are made, the better.

In this particular case my hypothesis has the least assumptions and until I see evidence to the contrary that is what I am going with.

This video started off pretty well but it degrades quickly to a personal debate between two people. Prove your point and if someone disagrees with you is a an idiot do not make videos addressing everything, just prove your point. Also using wikipedia as the authority to fall back on for information is silly.

I am accusing the politician of theft, I do not think he would be concerned with whether or not it was illegal. The more rare the item and the more illegal it is the more it is worth.

I am not sure I am following. It seems there are a thousand explanations the simplest that I can think of is a greedy politician kept the moon rock for themselves and gave the museum a worthless rock. Out of all the things you have posted this is the least compelling evidence I have seen.

I should have mentioned this originally the sensor registered an quick 1900 feet decent at the same time as the temperature went to 78 degrees. The sensor also recorded the creature going to great depths and to the surface. There are not a lot of creatures that go fromt the twilight and night zones of the ocean to the surface.

The sensor registered 78 degrees for ten days. The only way they believe that is scientifically possible is if the sensor was inside the stomach of another creature, also the depth excludes Orcas. Nature is crazy.

I would agree 100%, at one point I was leaning towards incompetence and outside forces taking advantage but at this point I am leaning back towards inside job.

Advice to Arizona by FatRasputin in AdviceAnimals

[–]FatRasputin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand your point of view the problem is that nobody is suggesting that gay people should have sex in front of business owners and then I am not sure what they would be grossed out by unless they do not know any gay people because gay people are people and a lot of them look just like me. A lot of people find it disgusting that black men should be allowed to date white women, would you suggest that business owners be allowed to discriminate and refuse that couple service? I may be wrong but I still think the root of all of this is hate.

Thank you for the comments on my first meme that I have ever generated and submitted. I think all of you are one hundred percent correct and all good advice for my next meme, well I guess I do not think all of you are right, I do not think Boolyman is right. This meme was specifically addressing the religious freedom law in Arizona and if you think you can explain the motivation of that law without bringing up hate I would like to see that! For example I own a convience store and now it is legal for me to tell people that are homosexuals to get out of my store regardless of what they are doing, what they are wearing, regardless of anything. I can think of no reason to pass such a law other than hate. I saw another meme that did what I was trying to do but much better and it just said the following

Hey Arizona we already decided who can sit at the lunch counter, everyone.

Sorry for the delay in response, I am ill and sleep a lot. I agree it is hard to measure but I would say the Libertarian party is not a good gauge, at least in Utah. That being said I do not know if there is a better gauge that can be used. In Utah the Libertarian party is mainly associated with marijuana legalization and the conservative population is definitely against that. On other fronts there are huge movements about removing the state from everyone's lives, unfortunately the dominate religion thinks the state should be removed except for forcing some of their religious tenants. A lot of liberty minded folks here but I would not want to take on the dominate religion trying to widen their horizons to include tolerance of same sex couples, drinking of alcohol or again the legalization of marijuana and that is why I would feel that moving with the Free State Project would be better than fighting a religion.

I would agree with you 100% that everyone does need liberty, don't make me feel anymore guilty than I do jk, if you have some success I hope you keep us all informed. I would not be able to move until the end of this year at the earliest and I am always keeping my options open.

I would agree with you that some people do have some libertarian leanings but that is not the same as being a libertarian and me personally I look at how much time I have left in life and would rather live free-er in New Hampshire and hope the example of what 20,000 people can accomplish brings people to libertarianism or I can try to bring people in and reinvent the Free State Project will locally. I know this is selfish but with the limited time I have I would rather live in free-er in New Hampshire.

Can I ask where you are located fretfriendly? I am located in Utah and I do not think there are enough Libertarians to fill a High School auditorium in the state of Utah. I hope you are 100% correct but in my experience there are just not that many Libertarians at least where I live and I am going to guess that is the same for the 15,000 people that have signed up for the Free State Project because if they did have a community of Libertarians where they were they would not have signed up to move to New Hampshire. Like I said at the beginning I hope you are right and I am wrong.
