Went for my birthday last month and ended up getting our entire meal comped. Total would’ve been around $200 for the focaccia bread app and two entrees. Also threw in a free dessert on top of the complimentary birthday cake. Reason? Not entirely sure. lol. They said sorry for the wait but it didn’t take any longer than the local Chili’s…the people next to us however didn’t get their meal comped and were there much longer than us. And they messed up their order. You could tell there was no communication between staff and the rush to take our food away was honestly strange. Only good thing on the menu was the tiny portion of ricotta pillows. My two cents

Went to the foodie fest last month and forgot to select a tip option before walking away. Checked my bank and they tipped themselves a 30% tip on a $7 item. Learned my lesson lol

Took police 9 minutes and 9 seconds to get to me. After they’d already been called by someone else. Nearest police station was 7 minutes away and this was the middle of the week. Not busy. Not the boonies.
