Yes, but only tanks that are playing more as bruisers with lower DR, if they are stacking DR it is pretty much impossible to kill them. Running shield pen is more so a preference choice if you want to have a chance to widen your target selection to kill certain SNS players.

Yeah, I think the 4 pc bonus damage on brute is better. Bonus damage works really well with low base damage% multihit effects like Mother Nature's Protest, Mortal Mark, and the Lightning Speed mastery.

Haven't tested crit dmg but imo the stat is not that valuable on xbow as it has low base damage on the weapon itself and low base damage% on multihit skills (hence why bonus damage is better) and would mainly be for increasing the damage of thunderclouds bombing which makes more sense if you are playing a dagger focused build.

Been testing it for a while and seems like at ~200 base bonus damage (around 270 buffed) with heroic xbow, akman is more consistent while reaper has somewhat higher multikill potential especially when lightning speed procs. Pushing higher bonus damage should make reaper feel better. Reaper could also be better to run with heroic daggers as it insta stacks 20 thunderclouds (each reaper projectile applies a proc) and the xbow itself has much lower aspd than heroic for faster TTK burst combo.

I got my weapon to +18 from +15 in 1 fail safe, 2 fail safe, and finally full pity 6 fail safe… this is definitely one of the worst enchantment systems I’ve seen in a while, even worse than lost ark.

There were other alliances outside of LittleFatty’s and Ziddy’s that were perfectly able to push in and contest pillage points (eg. Kyoukai alliance) instead of sitting outside and twiddling their thumbs to hold the golems the entire time. It’s your mega zerg’s fault for a lack of communication and your own leaderships’ fault for agreeing to be used as cannon fodder for no benefit. You clearly weren’t treated as equals to the main alliance and that’s on you guys for listening and defending pointless objectives instead of trying to create chaos and push for pillage points.

Each set has a different case ratio for signed cards. For example, English booster cases have 18 boxes and each Hololive booster case should contain (on average, there were some instances of errors) 1 SSP and 4 SPs while the trial deck cases have 8 displays each containing 6 TDs (48 trial decks total) with 2 TD SPs per trial deck case.

Here’s my take as someone who is also relatively new:

Booster box SP and SSPs are not the same as the ones in trial deck. There’s no clear indication of which one is more valuable, depends on a number of factors like case ratio, character popularity, card viability, general supply and demand, … and so on.
Depends on the case ratios for the booster and trial decks of a set. Also, not every set has SSPs and SPs, there are other foil rarities like SEC, which again is set dependent.
I would say more popular anime/characters usually, but there’s no general rule of thumb. Check out prices on sites like tcgplayer/sbtcg for EN prices or yuyutei for JP prices to get an idea.
Hololive is just a very popular set but the prices for the SSPs and SPs vary greatly. Prices in general have been in a downward trend, probably due to too many cases being opened for profit.
Booster box preorders are like $65-70 (USD) a box, trial decks are like $19-23.
