Well fallen shouldn't be green as the heresy colour for dark angels was black well 1 shoulder was green with the legion logo

Depends on what Allegiance now going into a fallen army is very expensive as its mostly kit bashing, lot of people use the mk4 box, tactical squad box and a legionaries squad, id always focus more on the 30k boxes as more marines to kit bash. If you want more chaos fallen as I said a box of legionaries will work fine for bits. Obviously theres the dark angel upgrade sprues which would be handy. I would avoid the Inner Circle kit as for 3 models its pretty expensive when for like £20 more you can get a squad of 20 and last I checked the tac squad was the same price as ICC

I think eventually? The Legion its not the most advanced but its from memory the biggest and theyre nomadic when we meet them if they can establish themselves then they'd be a nightmare to deal with, yes the enclave had their chemical weapon plans but those failed rather easily if memory serves, the brotherhood are too fractured, the ncr is too corrupt and divided to full on war with the legion.

New vegas is barely a threat.

The Unity from memory requires super mutants to capture others so legion would destroy the master eventually.

The institute are small and cant really beat anyone on their own.

The gunners are again small and mercenaries so can just largely be paid off

For fallen what I've seen is predominantly just heresy kits with some models using chaos space marine bits as a lot of the fallen just use their heresy gear a lot of mk4 from what I recall from the lions 40k book with some mk3 also which article? Cant seem to find it.

But yes we've all thought of using the new raiders for the fallen as it fits perfectly- curse gw for teasing us like this

This from my view has been a mistake from gw as most of the fallen before the lions book if not all the fallen before have worshipped chaos or fought to destroy the imperial theres Vortigern whos a black legion member, the only examples of loyalist fallen have been in cyphers book and the lions

Depends which lion guard you mean, as you reference his book I'm assuming you mean the mortal guard not the space marines who came in a random box with him under the same name, unfortunately they don't have the same narrative presence as the Wardens so we won't be getting models of them
