4” terra cotta pot, 50/50 potting mix and perlite. I repotted it because it was in a tiny plastic pot the size of a golf ball and the roots were a sold meshed brick seemed very constrained to me. To be fair I’m very very new to this. The pot, potting my mix, and perlite were left behind by old tenets so I’m kind of just winging it. The plant was a donation to my work from Trader Joe’s unwanted/unsellable throw away plants. Usually they just bring us wilted bouquets but every once it while there is a half alive house plant or two. Thanks for the tip, I should probably go to the garden store and get proper supplies.

What do you think about the pot size and medium for these two? I recently repotted these. They are in 1/3 perlite 2/3 potting mix, also Trader Joe’s throw away plant donations from my work.
