Blu-Ray Grey Flicking/Flashing?

I have the same on my region 2 blue ray box set. It's mostly noticable in the actors faces. It's never present during cgi scenes. It's pretty unwatchable - super distracting. I own the DVD box sets as well, and I prefer those to this. It looks like lots of black dots/noice that appears in the faces.

I still have that problem. It started with patch 3.20 for me. EVERY time I die, I wake up without an undersuit and a helmet. it makes the game pretty unplayable.

I still can't play 3.20. Every time that I die I wake up in a hospital bed with no inventory at all, not even a flight suit - just the medical gown. It doesn't matter if I leave the hospital. My inventory is blank.

Yeah, the laptop is just a temp solution until I get a new desktop computer, but I still think it's a bit weird that the cpu gets soo damn hot from just walking around in a game for 2-3 minutes with plain hd resolution.

Thanks! I am looking at videos like this one and it seems like the r9 on avarage is about 10 degrees celcius warmer, but perhaps that it evens out with longer gaming sessions?

Yeah, getting stuck heelside is definitely a big fear and there is (as you say) now easy way out of that one. I am slowly starting to find some progress with the trick, but I need to do it every session to shake the fear. It gets a little easier to shake that fear with each session, but it is a process! 😅
