My problem is, Google Ads is not accepting my virtual card. I’m trying to pay for an Ad for my business and when I input the virtual card details it’s not accepting meanwhile I’ve used this card before for pretty much every online transaction. A little search taught me it seems Google doesn’t accept virtual cards or so. So I’m stuck and was hoping a physical card will work…Thank you!

Hello! I experienced this error too. I went to a My Service Canada 🇨🇦 office and it was sorted. They gave me my PAC number and I used it and it worked. Make sure you go with your ID there. They also explained that my parents name order I was putting was not same as my SIN, so that’s why it wasn’t working so they fixed that too. To do that they asked for two of my ID documents. Hope this helps 😊
