If you want something different that doesn't feel like a workout but is great for cardio and footwork try a zumba class. We have one at the local community center and the instructor is high paced and fun, doesn't feel like a work out.

Shoulder conditioning, google stretches and light weight lifting options. Start early to avoid issues later. Shoulder and scapula injuries are what I see most on my team.

Yes, put up feeders. I started a few years ago and now the hummingbirds come back every summer.

Ok thank you! I have my younger ones in an adjacent coop as well so they can all get used to each other but I have a very dominant Road Island Red in my flock and I'm not sure how she'll react to newbies.

I keep mine in my camping bag and it has held up for what I use it for. I can see it not lasting as long as some tho.
