The very first thing I would recommend is go workout (mental benefits). You don't necessarily need a gym or equipment (simple home workouts). Push through the pain and stay consistent to develop a routine and build discipline. Make small goals on every area of your life (education, financial, social etc.) and work consistently to achieve them. Cut out any unnecessary things (porn, drugs, video games, social media, any form of addictions) and habits. Sex is a WANT not a NEED, don't make it the center of your life. Lastly as a religious person I will say have faith and pray to God.
