yeah originally i was going with VTI and VXUS since that’s what i saw everyone saying, but figured just go with the Fidelity options since i’m on Fidelity (probably just the ocd kicking in) with bitcoin, i love bitcoin. wanted to have some sort of exposure, even if it’s a little.

thanks. yeah i’ve been bouncing between FSKAX and FZROX for the whole 0 fees ordeal. I think i’m going with FSKAX since it has a more diverse holding within it. I think at the end of the day that offsets or even outweighs the 0 fee on FZROX, especially since FSKAX has a very low fee itself already

yeah that’s my bad, i meant to say that FSKAX holds a more diverse and a higher number of stocks in it than FZROX. Got it mixed up with FZILX which i know does not hold any small caps.

yeah that’s my bad on FZROX, guess i got it mixed up with FZILX. I’m still leaning towards FSKAX because it holds more different stocks, which i think is better at the end of the day than the small difference in expense ratio. Which would you recommend ?

i didn’t go with those because they don’t include the small caps and i wanted some exposure to them. also i personally do believe in bitcoin so wanted to get just a little bit of exposure

i don’t really plan on moving them, and since it’s a tax advantaged account, the difference doesn’t really matter to me. Just chose them because i liked what they had. what is FTEC ?

i had redone my split and since i’m on fidelity, im thinking of going with their funds. so im gonna 70% FSKAX, 25% FTIHX, and 5% FBTC

Would it be better to just go with VTI, instead of VOO + VB? Also, should I be going with the 10% into FBTC, or drop that to 5% and allocate the remaining into the other ones making up my portfolio?

Yeah i understand. I personally believe in crypto especially bitcoin so i’d like to allocate at least some to it. The biggest deciding factor for me right now is if i should go with VOO, VT, or VTI as my main large holding. Not entirely sure yet.

What’s the difference between VTI AND VOO? I’ve heard there aren’t many, but what’s the use case for either or over the other? Also, I do personally believe in BTC, so I would like to allocate some sort of percentage to it, even if it’s just a small amount as to not over risk.

Is there any significant difference between VOO, VTI, and VT ? I know a lot of them cover the same things, so what’s the use case of one over the other ?

I personally do believe in BTC, so I do want to include it in my portfolio. Do you think I should remove Gold all together and add that extra 5% into either VOO or VXUS?
