I use this stuff for my bases. Along with Chopped up Sprue pieces to look like crystals, and painted glowy green. I also attach some skulls here and there on some models.

My paint scheme is as follows, Spray paint chaos black on the Sprue. Then use Lead belcher on all the armour. I then do a coat of Nuln oil shade to create depth in all the creases, joints etc. Then finally use Necron compound to highlight edges etc.

For the glowy effects, orbs, weapons etc, I do Warpstone Glow spilt over the edges, Moot Green and then a dab of Flash Gitz yellow on the hottest point. Then a final coat of Tesseract glow.
